On 5 September 2022, national social partners the Estonian Employers’ Confederation and the Estonian Trade Union Confederation signed a national minimum wage agreement for 2023, which approved a minimum wage increase of 71 euros to 725 euros and an hourly wage increase to 4.30 euros.
